About our exciting opportunity
Join our dynamic Build Field Team and take on a pivotal role where you'll be conducting on-site audits to ensure compliance with Health & Safety and business standards during works in progress. It also includes auditing completed works, reviewing Build Partners' management of Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA), and ensuring projects are ready for handover according to specifications.
Additionally, the role entails supporting customer connections through various installation tasks, including underground or overhead routes, and assisting with the setup of routers and cables.
The position also involves providing assistance to both internal and external customers, distributing portable traffic lights, conducting Connection Surveys, and requires individuals to be hardworking, punctual, and eager to learn.
This position serves as an invaluable entry point into the industry, offering comprehensive training for the right candidates. With time and dedication, you'll not only accumulate valuable experience but also unlock progression pathways within the organisation.

Your skills and experience
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
- Relevant NRSWA Accreditation, PIA Qualifications and CSCS (desirable).
- Be able to understand fibre network installations.
- Undertaken Civil engineering functions, ground working or reinstatement.
- Understanding of poling, cable, or civils installations on a fibre network (desirable).
- Ability to work at heights.
- Experience in operating vehicles and static MEWPS (desirable).
- Understand or have experience in operating machiner (desirable).
